We at the Financing Center guarantee a timely and high-quality processing of all financing transactions for our clients. In addition, we decide within the framework of our competencies and credit policy on a large part of the financing and monitor the front office transactions of the client advisors. Our team of around 70 in the Private Financing area handles challenging and diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Accompanying financing of the business unit "Private Banking"
• Creating and processing financing processes such as application preparations and processing, contract issuance, final processing, and other small orders
• Processing and managing all financing transactions
• Ensuring compliance with the prescribed processes, quality standards, instructions, and competency regulations
• Supporting the advice and care of our sales team in all processing and legal questions
• Co-responsibility for the quality control of the created business cases

• Completed commercial training – banking sector is an advantage
• Good knowledge in real estate financing and know-how in related fields
