Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing for Shift Work!

Activities

You set up CNC lathes and independently perform maintenance tasks on the CNC machines
You take full responsibility for the efficient quality control of the manufactured components and document the test & measurement results for approval
You make program corrections and program optimizations
You contribute to the optimization of setup and manufacturing processes and their automation
You support loading and monitoring machines in series production

Requirements

Training / experience in the metalworking field, such as polymechanic, cutting mechanic or CNC lathe operator (m/f/d)
Professional experience as a CNC lathe operator in the metalworking sector
Practical experience in testing and measuring activities, as well as in process optimization
Knowledge of control technology (Fanuc / Siemens controls)
High quality and sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
Willingness to work in 3-shift operation if required (early/late/night)
Flexibility, teamwork, independent action and reliability characterize you
Good German language skills complete your profile
