Taster internships are possible for the following professions:

• Health Specialist EFZ
• Health and Social Assistant EBA
• Care Specialist, Elderly EFZ
• Care Specialist, Children EFZ
• Cook EFZ
• Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ

• Interest in the daily work routine in a care facility and the corresponding chosen profession
• Student at a secondary school in one of the sponsoring municipalities

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
