The Human Resources department consists of twelve employees and acts as an internal service provider within the company. In close collaboration with the supervisors, it is responsible for the entire HR lifecycle.
This is what you do
- Overall responsibility for vocational education, nine professional groups, about thirty apprentices
- Professional leadership and advice for vocational/practical trainers in apprenticeship placement and support of apprentices
- Strategic development and implementation of the vocational education concept
- Link between vocational/practical trainers, managers, and specialist departments
- Design and implementation of HR initiatives for vocational/practical trainers as well as apprentices
- Participation in employer branding to strengthen the employer brand as a training company
- Co-organization and participation in vocational education fairs and school visit days
- Handling administrative processes in the area of vocational education

- Enthusiasm for working with young adults and shaping vocational education
- High degree of independence, structured working style, and strong communication skills
- Practical HR experience in the field of vocational education and vocational trainer certificate
- Further education at FH/HF level, federal vocational education specialist
- Willingness to travel within the canton of Graubünden
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, Italian/English advantageous
