Your responsibilities
- À-la-carte service in the attended guest restaurant
- Managing your own service station including cash handling
- Assisting with events and/or special trips
- Ensuring the required mise-en-place for daily service
- Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines
Your profile
- Your personality brings a smile to our guests' faces
- Completed training in gastronomy is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, independent, team-oriented, and flexible
- You have good spoken German skills, English is an advantage
- Open-minded and motivated personality with joy in guest contact

Since 2005, we at Schiffcatering Thunersee have been serving passengers on the scheduled, event, and charter ships of BLS shipping between Thun and Interlaken West. Since January 1, 2018, we have also been allowed to serve guests on Lake Brienz between Interlaken East and Brienz as Schiffcatering Thuner- and Brienzersee.
Your workplace
In our 7-day operation, you passionately ensure that our guests are pampered culinarily every day. You work without room hours and with regular days off in various shifts from 08:00 to 21:30, depending on the schedule.
