Your Tasks
- Casting various types of rubber on engine assemblies
- Preparing components (sandblasting, cleaning, priming, oven processes)
- Timely execution and independent control of work orders
- Adhering to high quality requirements and standards
- Supporting the smooth operation in the engine disassembly line
- Compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines
- Regular checks of material inventory and assistance in implementing 5S and continuous improvement
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating resources
- Independent work as well as economical thinking and acting
Your Profile
- Technical understanding and material knowledge
- Knowledge in computer use and operation
- Independent and responsible working
- Open-minded, committed team player
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- English spoken and written at level A2
