You can make a difference
In this key position, you take responsibility for the Water Management domain, which includes activities related to urban sanitation, hydraulic developments, and drinking water.
Leading a team of about a dozen engineers and project managers, you manage demanding infrastructure projects from conceptual study to commissioning. Your scope of action covers all French-speaking cantons.
You are responsible for quality assurance and meeting the technical, financial, and time objectives of the projects. Thanks to your technical expertise, you advise and support various stakeholders: clients, authorities, partners, and suppliers. You also support your team by sharing your know-how and promoting its development.
Prospecting is an integral part of your role. Thanks to your deep understanding of the needs of clients and authorities, you actively contribute to acquiring new mandates and developing the client portfolio.
As a member of the extended management team, you actively participate in the strategic development of the domain: proposing improvements, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions.
Your skills are
- Degree in engineering from EPF or HES
- 5 to 10 years of experience in water management
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Strong ability to unite, motivate, and support
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and solution orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
- Autonomy, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- Regional network in French-speaking Switzerland (a major asset)
