You will
- order and manage debit and credit cards
- check and carry out non-cash account reconciliations
- manage various products from the secondary range (rental deposits, capital deposit and client money accounts) (open, reconcile, mutate)
- be a competent contact person for our front employees as well as external stakeholders (administrations, notaries) for questions related to the area of activity
- actively participate in various initiatives and projects
- conduct training sessions for front employees
- work in a committed and dynamic team
- have the opportunity to work partially from home
You bring
- a commercial basic education
- if possible, at least 2 years of practical experience in the banking environment or financial sector
- very good French skills
- quick comprehension and good interconnected thinking
- a communicative, team-oriented and decisive personality
- the ability to recognize needs and expectations and to remain calm and work carefully in hectic situations
