Your tasks
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports including data reconciliation and plausibility checks
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses, variance analyses, and target-actual comparisons
- Preparation and support of remuneration negotiations with cost carriers
- Support in the implementation and monitoring of the PPP guideline (PPP-RL)
- Analysis, preparation, and interpretation of key figures and controlling data as a basis for management decisions
Your profile
- 3-year business administration training, ideally with a focus on health management and/or controlling
- Completed business administration studies are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP FI/CO, ideally with high IT affinity
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and social skills
- Ability to work in a team, commitment, and flexibility
