The heart of the company is a magnetron sputtering system. Plasma coatings are used to produce anti-reflective and reflective layers - glass solutions for technical applications and the automotive sector. For the smooth running of our production, we are looking for aProduction Employee 3-Shift 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Ensuring the continuous supply of production, operational, and auxiliary materials
- Management and organization of the glass warehouse for production
- Recording and documenting measurement and operational data
- Internal transport work with pallet trucks, forklifts, and crane systems
- Assisting with target changes and production-related conversions
- Maintenance work and servicing of machines and equipment
- Cleaning work in your own work area while observing safety regulations
- Performing sandblasting work
Your profile:
- Basic technical training or professional experience in industrial production, ideally in the glass industry
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Careful, reliable, and safety-conscious working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
- Basic PC skills and willingness to work with digital systems
- Physical resilience and willingness to work in a 3-shift system
