Your tasks:
Operational management of large projects, including contract and change order management
Independent handling of customer projects, including responsibility for measurement, planning, and execution
Scheduling and resource coordination
Leading the internal project team, which consists of project managers and AVOR clerks
Coordinating entire projects, from creating detailed drawings, through technical clarification to manufacturing and installation of the windows
Project controlling including budget responsibility

You bring with you:
Education or training in the construction industry, preferably prior knowledge in timber construction/window construction
Extensive project management skills as well as experience in leading and controlling large projects
Entrepreneurial thinking and commitment, enjoyment in contact with private/business customers
Very good German skills in writing and speaking, as well as communication and teamwork skills
IT affinity (Office, AutoCAD)
Experience in Swiss construction contract law and SIA standards
