HR Manager

As an HR Manager Switzerland, you are responsible for the local implementation of our HR strategy and act as the central point of contact for all HR-related topics within the Swiss retail organization. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and navigate confidently in a dynamic retail environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating the group-wide HR strategy into practical, locally applicable HR initiatives as well as providing strategic advice to store management on organizational development and change.
• Supporting performance management, talent development, and leadership development within the store network.
• Managing absences, wellbeing, and occupational health and safety topics in accordance with local legislation, in close cooperation with occupational health partners.
• Advising on labor law issues, complex HR cases, and employee relations topics.
• Analyzing HR data and KPIs, ensuring clear communication between stores and head office, and ensuring the training and development of apprentices in collaboration with the trainers.

• You implement the group-wide HR strategy into effective, practical initiatives that support the daily retail operations in the Swiss store network.
• You act as a trusted HR partner for store management and retail leadership, advising on people topics, organizational development, and change processes.
• You strengthen employee engagement, performance, and sustainable employability through a hands-on and people-centered approach.
• You manage complex HR cases and labor law issues confidently, aligning local legislation with company-wide policies.
• You communicate fluently in German and English, enabling you to navigate confidently in an international environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in Switzerland and Europe.
