Clerk Aftersales (m/f/d) 80% - 100%
Your tasks:
▪ Commercial handling of repairs and complaints
▪ Spare parts management and technical component identification
▪ Customer support together with service technicians
▪ Purchasing and scheduling for aftersales
▪ Clarifications with customers and suppliers
▪ Support customer service and workshop
▪ Monitoring of deadlines, orders, and delivery status
▪ Master data maintenance
Your profile:
▪ Commercial training with technical understanding
▪ Experience in aftersales and complaints management
▪ Language skills German/English (French advantageous)
▪ Independent, structured working style and pronounced
organizational skills
