In the professional guardianship division, we are looking for a clerk for administration professional guardianship (90 - 100 %) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility
- In close cooperation with the case-leading professional guardian, you handle the administrative tasks that arise. These include processing invoices as well as managing the clients' accounting and preparing accountability reports.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for the collection and control of medical expenses (health insurance, supplementary social assistance benefits) and regularly communicate with insurance companies, institutions, authorities, and offices.

Your profile
- You have successfully completed commercial training and have already gained professional experience in a similar field of activity.
- With your expertise in accounting and/or social insurance, you optimally support our professional guardianship team. We work with the specialist application KLIB. User knowledge is an advantage but not a must.
- You have a quick grasp, set priorities sensibly, and quickly recognize even complex contexts.
- You score with your responsible, precise way of working and your humorous and cheerful nature.
