To strengthen our team in the Marketing department, we are looking immediately, at the Basel Headquarters location, for a motivated and committed POS Communication & Creation Project Leader (m/f/d), 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You plan, manage, and implement POS communication measures from idea to execution
- You work closely with agencies and internal departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, Graphics, Sales, and Visual Merchandising
- You coordinate the creation, adaptation, and production of POS materials
- You ensure a clean alignment between creation, content, design, and implementation at the point of sale
- You keep an eye on timings, budgets, and dependencies and manage projects efficiently
- You contribute creative impulses and continuously develop POS communication.
Your profile
- You have completed higher education, ideally in Marketing / Communication, Design/In-store Communication, or an equivalent field
- You bring 4–5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the consumer goods or retail environment
- You have experience in POS marketing, retail, or trade communication
- You have creativity and a confident sense for brand appearances at the POS
- You are proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office programs – especially MS PowerPoint (creating and preparing presentations) and MS Excel (creating and maintaining budget overviews).
- You are experienced in collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders
- You have strong communication skills – both oral and written – in German and often also in French or English
- You have very good project management skills, including common tools and methods (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Kanban, agile methods)
