Your tasks

Perform work according to valid instructions, regulations, and customer orders

Complete tasks while considering time, cost, and quality requirements

Ensure high productivity and efficient use of resources

Follow standardized work processes and procedures

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean workspace (5S principles)

Your Profile

Completed apprenticeship as a Car Painter or equivalent, or 2+ years of aircraft painting experience

Independent, precise, and responsible working style

Positive, collaborative team player

Basic IT skills

Good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)

Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
