Job Description

Your GRAND Duties:

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms including inventory
• Hotel service (ventilation, making beds, changing towels, couverture, etc.)
• Cleaning of additionally assigned areas (stairs, hallway, lounge, etc.)
• Carrying out the necessary preparations for room cleaning in the floor office
• Handling machines and equipment
• Forwarding repair orders to the housekeeper or the maintenance technician
• Forwarding guest inputs
• Working according to the regulations of the HACCP hygiene concept
• Ensuring smooth operation on the floor
• Close cooperation with the housekeeper

Qualifications

Your GRAND Skills:

• You enjoy welcoming a variety of guests
• You are the contact person for our hotel guests on the floor
• You are a service-oriented personality with attention to detail and perfection
• You have completed training in hospitality and gastronomy
• You have a competent and charming appearance with a well-groomed look
• You support the team and think entrepreneurially
• You have German language skills; French and/or English are an advantage
• You have already gained professional experience in Switzerland
