Activities
- You are responsible for service tasks on customer-specific flat and profile machines of the customers (worldwide, mainly Europe)
- Error analysis, troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls and conversions
- Setup and execution of service tasks
- Technical customer support, helpline and technical support of the spare parts service
Requirements
- Basic electrical training (automation technician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician)
- Further training at a technical school is an advantage
- Experience in PLC programming, drive and control technology
- Control knowledge (ideally from Siemens SINUMERIK control 840D)
- Interest in mechanical work
- High quality and safety awareness as well as good PC skills
- Proper handling of international customers
- High commitment and travel readiness of 80-90%
