About the job
ICT Application Manager & Business Analyst 60 - 80%Nine cantons and the Principality of Liechtenstein are united in the association Interessengemeinschaft Informatik im Berufsbildungswesen IGIB/GRIF. The members manage around 40 percent of all apprenticeship contracts in Switzerland (including the Principality of Liechtenstein). For the implementation of the Vocational Training Act, they operate a joint IT solution with the specialist application KOMPASS. The IGIB/GRIF office coordinates the further development of KOMPASS, provides support for daily work, and maintains central master data for the vocational training offices.
To strengthen the IGIB/GRIF office team, we are looking for an ICT Application Manager & Business Analyst with a workload of 60 - 80% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts from our members and take on a central role in requirements engineering. You analyze requirements, jointly evaluate suitable solution approaches with the IT provider, and create specifications for the further development of the specialist application. In addition, you coordinate the introduction of new requirements, accompany testing, and write release notes as well as user manuals. If necessary, you conduct user training and support users in the optimal use of the systems.
Another focus of your activity is the responsibility for the operation and second-level support of various modules of the specialist application. You also take on coordination tasks in projects and support our members in harmonizing their processes. Creating database evaluations and reports on various vocational training topics with MS-SQL and SSRS is also part of your responsibilities.
Your profile
For this position, you have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on application development or a comparable qualification. Further training at the HF level (computer science) or a bachelor's degree in computer science or business informatics is an advantage. You have experience in support and requirements management of software solutions and work independently, structured, and solution-oriented. As a communicative and team-oriented personality, you are characterized by high self-motivation. Very good knowledge of MS-SQL and MS Office applications is required. Fluent German completes your profile, knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system is a plus.
