The restaurant upperdeck in the Airport Shopping area has 210 seats and is a mix of Swiss and international specialties. We offer a mix of served gastronomy with an open kitchen, grill specialties, and a bar/lounge area, right in the international environment of Zurich Airport.

Your tasks:
- You are responsible for preparing the mise-en-place for both hot and cold kitchens.
- You implement our recipes precisely and ensure the high-quality preparation of dishes.
- You creatively contribute your ideas and actively support the implementation of new culinary creations.
- Adhering daily to operational and food law requirements is a matter of course for you.
- Hygiene and quality are a given for you – you reliably comply with all HACCP and KOPAS requirements.
Your profile:
- You are always reliable!
- You work independently, are responsible, and a true team player.
- You have training as a cook.
- You are creative, learn quickly, and like to bring in new ideas.
- Flexibility is not a foreign word for you – you are also available on weekends.
- You have good German skills in spoken and written form (any additional language is a plus).
