Your area of responsibility

• Strategic and operational consulting, support, and accompaniment of managers and employees in various matters in the assigned area
• Support for line managers on leadership-related topics and labor law matters
• Recruitment of new employees and management of the corresponding operational processes
• Independent handling of the entire personnel administration from A to Z, creation of documents and correspondence
• Mutations and ensuring data quality in the personnel information system
• Support in handling automated daily sickness and accident benefits as well as completion of withholding tax and social security accounting
• Contact with authorities, insurance companies, and other external contacts
• Close cooperation and support within the HR Services team and with the HR Business Partners

Your human capital

• Completed commercial training with further education in HR (HR clerk or similar)
• Further education in Human Resources Management (professional certificate or similar) is an advantage
• At least 3 years of HRM experience in a comparable function, ideally in the construction or industrial sector
• Native German speaker, good French and/or Italian skills, English skills are an advantage
• High IT affinity and good user knowledge in MS Office (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Empathetic and engaging personality with consulting competence
• Responsible and independent working style
• Team player
