Your area of responsibility
- Strategic and operational consulting, support, and accompaniment of managers and employees in various matters in the assigned area
- Support for line managers on leadership-related topics and labor law matters
- Recruitment of new employees and management of the corresponding operational processes
- Independent handling of the entire personnel administration from A to Z, creation of documents and correspondence
- Mutations and ensuring data quality in the personnel information system
- Support in handling automated daily sickness and accident benefits as well as completion of withholding tax and social security accounting
- Contact with authorities, insurance companies, and other external contacts
- Close cooperation and support within the HR Services team and with the HR Business Partners

Your human capital
- Completed commercial training with further education in HR (HR clerk or similar)
- Further education in Human Resources Management (professional certificate or similar) is an advantage
- At least 3 years of HRM experience in a comparable function, ideally in the construction or industrial sector
- Native German speaker, good French and/or Italian skills, English skills are an advantage
- High IT affinity and good user knowledge in MS Office (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Empathetic and engaging personality with consulting competence
- Responsible and independent working style
- Team player
