About the job
Your team
Our 18-month graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to develop strong competencies in the wealth management industry while quickly specialising to evolve as an investment specialist. During the programme, our graduates work within one dedicated team, and a series of rotations is planned to build complementary skills, develop first-hand knowledge and familiarise themselves with our activities. They gain exposure to a wide range of experts within the firm and form part of an international graduate network. On the technical side, they prepare for a specific certification, while the Group Graduate Training Programme aims to develop their soft skills.
Your role
As a participant in the programme, you will develop your business know-how by working alongside accomplished professionals. Your initial training will be complemented by a professional certification relevant to your area of business (CFA or CIIA). Our programme will also enable you to develop the interpersonal and self-leadership skills you will require in your future career and give you the opportunity to build a network of peers within the company.
You will work with and learn from experts in investment products and solutions, client relationship management, and risk and compliance. Alongside programme coordinators, your assigned mentor and HR, your manager will offer regular feedback to enable you to make solid progress and come through the programme with flying colours. You will also take part in in-house workshops that provide an understanding of the complex, competitive and constantly changing environment of the private banking world.
At the end of the programme you will have the requisite skills as a Junior Investment Specialist.
