- Support in a meaningful and well-organized daily structure. Introducing and accompanying our clients in their new environment
- Assuming the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
- Supporting and contributing to secure accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions
- Organizing as well as guiding and situationally assisting in internal workfare: preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning; enforcing hygiene regulations
- Organizing and carrying out admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Knowing, practicing, and responding correctly in emergencies – coordinating with fire department, police, and medical emergency organizations and coordinating with center management
- Maintaining and managing care dossiers
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Certificate (EFZ)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Empathy and assertiveness
- Calmness in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- German | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- Additional asylum-relevant language (advantageous) | spoken: B1 | written: B1
