Your mission:

• to position yourself as an expert in your field within the 26-bed orthopedics trauma unit
• to implement care practices validated by evidence (EBN)
• to engage in internal and external research
• to analyze professional practices and participate in the continuous improvement of care services
• to participate in the design and documentation of processes and work instructions
• to support and advise all team members in partnership with the ICUS while respecting professional ethics
• to participate in clinical projects of the department
• to perform the role of nurse within the department by working all types of shifts

Your profile:

• you hold a diploma in nursing HES or equivalent
• you have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with experience in acute care
• you hold a CAS in clinical assessment or quality of care
• you have knowledge of project management tools and master common computer tools
• you are proficient in French, knowledge of German is an asset
• you enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team

Start date: 01.04.2026 or by agreement

Tasks

• You act as an expert in your field in the Orthopedics and Traumatology department with its 26 beds.
• You base your care on scientific evidence (evidence-based nursing, EBN).
• You participate in internal and external hospital research projects.
• You analyze professional practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing services.
• You participate in the design and documentation of work processes and instructions.
• You support and advise all team members in collaboration with the ward management and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• You participate in clinical projects of the department.
• You perform your role as a nursing professional in the department and work all shifts.

Profile

• Dipl. nursing professional FH or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in hospital care with experience in acute care
• CAS in Clinical Assessment or Quality in Healthcare
• Knowledge of project management tools and proficiency in common IT programs
• French, German skills are an advantage
• Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
