We are looking for a dedicated Senior Sales Analyst & Planner who will work at our site in Haag (Rheintal), Switzerland or Riba-roja de Túria, Valencia, Spain.
Job Description
- Lead of a dedicated Sales & Operations Planner and coordinate planning process
- Drive commercial part of S&OP process globally (process, inventory, safety stock etc.)
- Support Industry Management with regular and ad hoc analysis
- Volume flows 3rd Parties and Intercompany analysis
- Monitor selling and marketing costs
- Coordinate Sales Forecast & Budget process
- Run and continue to develop QlikView and QlikSense tools
- Support Commercial teams with target tracking globally incl. market initiatives & opportunities
- Support product portfolio analysis and streamlining
- Define and drive execution plan for SMI (Slow Moving Items) with PM & Commercial teams globally
- Support Industry Management meeting content, preparation on commercial topics (projects, customers input etc.)
- Special projects on special request
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales/Marketing, Logistics or Finance
- Extensive work experience in commercial, marketing, sales (B2B), customer service etc.
- Strong knowledge in Finance and strong commercial understanding (pricing etc.)
- Expertise in logistics, forecasting and inventory management
- Knowledge in intercultural exchange and working together in multinational teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with MS Excel, Salesforce.com and SAP for customer master data management
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, German is a plus
