Casino Interlaken AG is an established and economically significant company in the Swiss entertainment industry. Since 2002, we have been successfully operating a land-based casino in Interlaken with around 80,000 guests annually and a classic entertainment offering. Over 60 dedicated employees from various nations shape our corporate culture – personal, dynamic, and performance-oriented. With the online casino «StarVegas», which has been on the market since February 2020, we have consistently expanded our business model and bring the gaming experience directly to our customers at home.
As part of a planned succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, strategically strong, and leadership-oriented personality as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) starting January 1, 2027.

Your Responsibilities
- You take over the overall operational responsibility for Casino Interlaken AG and manage the land-based casino as well as the online casino "StarVegas" in close cooperation with the respective COOs
- You lead the executive management, consistently implement the corporate strategy in a demanding regulatory environment, and ensure the economic stability as well as the sustainable development of the company
- You bear the strategic overall responsibility, ensure coherent decision-making at the interfaces, and further develop the organization, processes, and structures with a future-oriented approach
- You maintain a close, trusting collaboration with the board of directors and the responsible authorities
- Together with the executive management of the parent company Kursaal Interlaken Holding AG, you actively drive the strategic development in line with the vision "One Company"
Your Profile
- You have several years of leadership experience at the executive management level in a complex, regulated environment
- You bring proven business management expertise as well as strategic foresight combined with operational implementation skills
- You have a good understanding of market-oriented corporate management as well as the special challenges of marketing and communication in a highly regulated environment
- You have completed further education at the tertiary level (university or university of applied sciences)
- You have experience in the stationary service or leisure business and/or in the digital online environment
- You are characterized by high integrity, entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and pronounced social competence
- You communicate convincingly in German and English
- Experience in the casino industry is an advantage
