We are looking for you as
Head of IT Service Management 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
STRATEGY - design & take responsibility
- You take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for our IT service processes.
- You further develop our service strategy and ensure that our IT services are customer-oriented, efficient, and future-proof.
- You lead the IT service team both technically and personally – including 1st level support.
OPERATIONS - manage & improve
- You are responsible for incident, problem, and service request management (1st–3rd level).
- You monitor KPIs, define service SLAs, analyze root causes, and initiate sustainable improvements.
- You manage external IT service providers and take care of license and supplier management.
- You plan and control the budget for your services.
- You ensure continuous improvement (KVP) of existing services and processes.
CUSTOMERS & PROJECTS - understand & implement
- You work closely with departments, IT engineering, project management, and IT security.
- You are responsible for the IT equipment for shops and trade fairs (including project management).
- You ensure that our employees can work with functioning laptops and peripherals.
- You maintain communication with internal customers and ensure high service quality.
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in IT service management
- Leadership experience, especially in building and leading a 1st level support team
- Experience in dealing with external IT partners and suppliers
- Jira knowledge (e.g., dashboard configuration, ticket evaluations) is an advantage
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
- You think strategically, act solution-oriented, and communicate clearly at all levels
- You work structured, independently, and with a high quality standard
- You bring a smile – even in hectic situations
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
