Shape how Ricola is perceived as an employer.Ricola stands for naturalness, quality, and entrepreneurship with Swiss roots. This is exactly the feeling that should be conveyed when people get to know Ricola as an employer. In this role, you will combine strategy, storytelling, and implementation, ensuring that our employer brand is as authentic as our herbal candies.
- You will develop structures, provide guidance, and contribute fresh ideas so that talented individuals understand what makes Ricola special and why it is worthwhile to become part of it:
- You will develop contemporary concepts for employer branding, recruiting, and onboarding, aligning them with our HR roadmap and Ricola's self-image.
- You will refine and further develop our employer value proposition and translate it into clear, credible messages.
- You will be responsible for operational recruitment and will professionally guide candidates through the entire process.
- You will design HR communication and marketing, from career pages and job advertisements to LinkedIn content, always in line with Ricola's brand, tone and culture.
- You will design and implement structured onboarding experiences and ensure a strong start
- You will analyze key figures in the areas of recruiting and onboarding and derive effective measures from them
- You will further expand our talent acquisition activities, observe trends in the labor market, and contribute new ideas, especially in the areas of digitalization and candidate experience
- You will also take on the role of HR business partner for a defined business area and support managers with key HR issues – giving you first-hand experience of the strengths and opportunities that shape Ricola's day-to-day work
- You will manage the Attraction & Recruiting Competence Center with a specialist and continuously develop it further
Together we are stronger and more diverse.
- University degree, ideally in occupational or business psychology or business administration with further training in HR
- Experience in employer branding and at least three years of operational recruitment experience
- Enjoyment of developing concepts and bringing them to life together with others
- A flair for language, impact, and modern HR communication
- Experience in an international environment and in collaboration between headquarters and locations
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Structured, entrepreneurial mindset and strong implementation skills
