Production Planner MACCH
YOUR CHALLENGES:
- Procurement of material internally / externally
- Planning and optimization of production orders
- Meeting customer requested deadlines
- Cost reduction and inventory optimization
- Contributions to improvements (CIP)
- Coordination between departments and suppliers
- Procurement of necessary components and assemblies
- Creation of manufacturing orders and purchase orders
- Scheduling orders taking into account capacities and availability
- Monitoring delivery dates, costs and inventory development
- Creating and tracking deviation orders
- Recording and maintaining master data and operation plans
- Interface communication to production and internal / external contact person
- Administrative tasks for supervisors
YOUR SKILLS:
- Technical or commercial basic training, further training e.g. as a process specialist desirable
- Professional experience as production planner / dispatcher / purchasing
- High resilience and commitment as well as team- and process-oriented thinking
- Independent and precise working method as well as very good organizational skills
- Reliability, motivation for planning activities and communication, joy in learning new things
- Very good PC skills (MS Office especially Excel, PSS, Dynamics 365, Power BI)
- Very good German and good English skills (level B1) spoken and written
- Compliance with occupational safety
