Specialist Housing (Workload: 50 - 80%)
These are your tasks:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential in our care residential group
- Cooperative key worker work
- Taking over a specific area of responsibility of the residential group
- Close coordination with the team for a common nursing-pedagogical attitude and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies
This is what you bring:
- Qualification as a care specialist (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and enjoyment in appreciative support of people with increased care needs
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
