The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,000 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. The Technical & Infrastructure Service is based at the Rennaz site and has about 30 employees. Its main missions across all HRC sites consist of managing and coordinating:

• the maintenance and repair of buildings and technical infrastructures, technical equipment, and exterior fittings
• all energies and fluids
• all transformation projects, new infrastructure projects, and associated works
• operational safety and the technical on-call service

The main responsibilities of this position are

• Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of our electrical installations, specifically in the low current domain
• Ensure repair of equipment, industrial and hospital maintenance
• Join the on-call service team
• Participate in the continuous improvement process of our installations
• Ensure updating of technical documentation
• Provide support to the technical service team for all types of interventions

We require

• A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an installer-electrician or equivalent training
• Proven experience in maintenance and upkeep in a technical environment
• Knowledge of equipment and buildings in a hospital environment is desirable
• Knowledge of home automation (KNX, DALI) is an asset
• Proficiency in office tools - MS Office - CMMS
• Dynamic, organized, and able to work in a team
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written
• Qualities of rigor and autonomy
