• Goal-oriented team leadership, conducting annual interviews, and supporting employee development.

• Complete management of real estate properties according to management mandates.

• Active management of an institutional real estate portfolio.

• Monitoring and enforcing contractual lease provisions.

• Personalized and professional advice to owners.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.

• Application of the current rental policy and advising the owner on defining the rental structure.

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training

• Federal real estate manager certificate or adequate real estate training

• Several years of professional experience in property management, ideally with management experience

• Proficiency in French (spoken/written), knowledge of English and German is an asset

• Leadership, goal- and solution-oriented working style, presence, and stress resistance

• Good knowledge of accounting and law (Tenancy Law, CO, CC, LP)

• Digital affinity and ability to actively participate in change

• High customer orientation and partnership-based relationship management

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with interpersonal skills
