The Kirchenfeld Gymnasium consists of three departments with around 190 teachers and is attended by around 1450 students. The four-year course, which prepares for university, begins in the 9th school year and ends with the gymnasium matriculation examination.

Tasks
As a Physics Specialist Assistant, you support the subject teachers in planning, preparing, and conducting experiments and practicals and monitor compliance with safety regulations. You are responsible for the maintenance and provision of the diverse laboratory equipment and materials and check the devices for proper functioning. You supervise and inventory the physics collection.
Requirements
- Completed training in the fields of mechanics, electricity, or electronics
- Craft skills in the three mentioned areas
- Knowledge of common PC application programs
- Enjoy working with young people
- Experience in apprentice training is an advantage
