YOUR TASKS
- Technical and administrative support in handling malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance in medical and building technology
- Organization and coordination of external service providers
- Collaboration in operation and maintenance
- Participation in conceptual and project work
- Willingness to be on call
- Handling procurement and inventory processes as well as their documentation
- Maintaining data in the maintenance software (CAFM) and managing the document storage
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical basic training with interest also in administrative tasks
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experienced in handling specific software applications
- Understanding of technical and interdisciplinary contexts
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with high social competence and pronounced service awareness
- Flexibility, resilience, and organizational talent
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Willingness for partially irregular working hours and on-call duties
