Your tasks are: • Nutritional therapeutic activity with a focus on acute geriatrics, internal-oncological and geriatric rehabilitation as well as specialized palliative care. • Conducting individual nutritional consultations and therapies. • Creating nutritional plans and recommendations considering the individual needs and goals of the patients. You bring: • A bachelor's degree as a nutritionist FH. • Experience in nutritional counseling. • Flexible, communicative personality with high social competence. • Goal-oriented, efficient, precise, and independent working style. • Friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
