Solution Digitale SA is a rapidly growing 360° digital agency. We support companies and associations in French-speaking Switzerland in developing their digital presence, managing their e-reputation, and acquiring new clients.
In this context, we are looking for a project coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of our assignments.
The project coordinator is a key person: he/she plans, coordinates, and monitors all projects. In direct contact with the production manager, he/she helps streamline internal processes, client interactions, and ensures quality client follow-up.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project management and planning
- Plan and monitor the work stages of the production team (digital and print).
- Organize necessary time slots and manage the overall schedule.
- Enter new projects into tracking tools, verify the completeness of elements provided by clients and sales staff, and ensure follow-up of future steps.
- Regularly check project progress and deadline compliance.
- Ensure consistency between progress, billing, and deliveries.
2. Client relations
- Manage the telephone switchboard.
- Follow up with clients for missing elements or necessary validations.
- Maintain contact throughout the project (proactive follow-up, check-in calls).
- Track modification requests and dispatch client requests.
- Support and train clients in using the implemented digital tools.
- Facilitate exchanges within teams.
- Verify that quality standards defined by the agency are met.
- Document and update production follow-up processes.
Manage the collection of client feedback upon delivery
3. Administrative follow-up and support to management
- Contribute to secretarial tasks for management (preparing commercial offers, client correspondence, appointment confirmations).
PROFILE SOUGHT:
- Commercial employee CFC with experience in communication or marketing agency
- or Diploma from a higher education school (ES) in marketing, communication
- or CFC + project management diploma (e.g., SAWI, CREA, IFM, HES, etc.)
- Experience in planning, prioritizing, and structuring tasks autonomously.
- Rigor and attention to detail, while maintaining a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
- Strong client relationship skills and a taste for teamwork.
- Perfect command of French (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of digital tools (Google Business, social networks, CMS, collaborative suites, Trello, TEAMS).
- Experience coordinating production teams (graphic designers, developers, videographers, printers, etc.).
Personal qualities:
- Responsible and solution-oriented, with strong anticipation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and mastery of priority management.
- Ability to take a step back from unforeseen events and maintain an overall vision in demanding situations.
