In this versatile and exciting role, you are responsible for efficient and flawless service delivery in the properties you manage.

Your main tasks:

• Ensure that cleaning services are provided flawlessly; conduct quality controls
• Active participation in case of absences of cleaning staff
• Recruitment of new cleaning staff 
• Optimization of workflows
• Monitoring of material consumption
• Recording of working hours and absences

Your profile:

• Experience in special cleaning
• Completed vocational training is an advantage
• Neat appearance and friendly manners
• Reliable and service-oriented
• Structured and precise work
• Good German language skills are an advantage
