Exciting challenges

Expansion of project controlling including monitoring and success control of optimization measures for sustainable profitability increase

Preparation of reports with meaningful variance analyses and recommendations for action for management

Preparation of forecasts and ad hoc analyses

Participation in the budgeting process

Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER

Involvement in finance and cross-departmental projects

You bring

Education and training focused on business and management support

At least five years of experience in a comparable role in a similar environment (SME, project environment)

Very good MS Excel skills

Networked and analytical thinking and acting

German at native level; English very good (level B2)

Process- and solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality
