Service Technician for Electric Trucks and High-Voltage Battery Systems (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Performing service, diagnostic, and repair work on Designwerk electric trucks as well as on high-voltage battery systems (HVB) both in operation and on-site with customers domestically and abroad
• Planning and coordinating service and repair deployments
• Independent fault analysis and diagnosis creation as well as initiating appropriate measures
  (including feedback to production and development)
• Commissioning, parameterization, and functional testing of repaired high-voltage battery systems
• Creating repair protocols as well as safety and work instructions for work on high-voltage systems
• Technical customer consulting and handling customer complaints
• Technical support and coaching for partner and customer workshops
• Conducting technical training (DW components) for Designwerk partner and customer workshops
• Implementation of technical campaigns
• Supporting the development department in the production of prototypes of high-voltage battery systems
  (providing feedback from service cases)
• Conducting accompanying and instructional drives with electric truck drivers

How you score:

• Completed basic technical training as a mechatronics technician EFZ (ideally in the commercial vehicle sector)
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Good IT user skills (diagnostic systems, documentation, data transmission)
• High customer orientation as well as independent and structured working style
• Team player personality with interest in electromobility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English skills, French skills are an advantage
• Safe, calm, and responsible work in a high-voltage environment
• Driver's license category C or willingness to obtain it
