Your tasks
- You master demanding customer conversations and are in daily direct contact with customers at the counter, by phone, or by email.
- You maintain and coordinate contact with tax clients, authorities, as well as representatives.
- You process deadline extensions, requests for installment payments and deferrals, as well as changes to advance invoices.
- You are open to taking on additional tasks.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience, preferably in the tax field, or you are willing to train and further educate yourself in this area.
- You have experience in customer contact and present yourself calmly and confidently.
- You are IT-savvy, resilient, and work independently.
- You have a confident command of the German language, both spoken and written.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
