The Road District Inspectorate Gossau is responsible for the structural and operational maintenance of around 150 km of cantonal roads.
To complement our team at the Road District Inspectorate in Gossau, we are looking for an
Employee Administration / Project Management (m/f/d)
Workload: 40-60%
Workplace: Gossau
What to expect
- Support of the head of the Road District Inspectorate in all administrative and organizational matters
- Project assistance in operational and structural maintenance
- Handling internal and external correspondence
- Collaboration in the further development of administration at the Road District Inspectorate Gossau
- Minute taking and preparation of presentation materials
- Drafting contracts, work assignments, and order letters as well as assisting in the preparation of reports and statistics
- Deputizing in accounting
What distinguishes you
- Completed commercial training with further education in the technical field or completed technical basic training (e.g., draftsman EFZ) with further education in the commercial field
- Committed and service-oriented personality
- Independent and precise way of working
- Good communication skills in spoken and written form
- Very good knowledge of Office applications
- Resilience, flexibility, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
- Openness and interest in digitalization
