Occupational Safety and Health Protection Specialist 100%

• Competently and independently supervise the assigned companies (fenaco business units, LANDI) as well as the safety coordinators operating there in the fields of occupational safety and health protection
• Ensure the proper implementation, within these companies, of the principles of occupational safety and health protection in accordance with the ten elements of the MSST system
• Work in teams on projects and within specialized groups with the aim of ensuring strict compliance with occupational safety directives in daily operational activities
• Perform technical follow-up of inspections carried out by labor inspection services and coordinate the implementation of the measures set
• Develop and apply occupational safety and health protection guidelines as well as train staff on this subject within the solution for the agricultural sector group of companies or BGLAW (G05)
• Plan, establish, and organize internal training sessions as well as awareness campaigns with the support of Occupational Health Management
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments

• Safety specialist (OQual)/occupational safety and health protection specialist (STPS) or safety coordinator/PERCO wishing to pursue further training to become an occupational safety and health protection specialist
• Solid experience in applying legal and regulatory requirements, such as the labor law or directives established by the CFST
• Team player with communication skills, who enjoys collaborating with internal and external partners and can assert themselves when circumstances require
• Native French or German speaker with good written and oral knowledge of the other language
• Proficient in common computer tools
• Holder of a category B driving license ready to travel within the country
