Your Area of Responsibility
– You develop a structured, future-proof IT strategy together with the CIO and ensure its efficient implementation throughout the entire group
– With foresight, you plan the project and service portfolio across the entire IT lifecycle – from inception to decommissioning
– You take on the methodological leadership of our Project Management Office and ensure clear project governance
– You review existing processes and architectures, assess optimization potential, and establish a structured framework for the further development of the IT landscape
– You are also responsible for the strategic management of IT suppliers as well as the internal and external communication of IT goals
– You lead a competent team of specialists and accompany them through the transformation with a responsible leadership style
What You Bring
– You bring broad experience from several areas of IT – whether architecture, development, operations, IT controlling, or IT management – and always keep an overview
– Strategic planning and transformation are your terrain: you proceed methodically, plan precisely, and implement changes efficiently
– Your solid international experience helps you to understand and further develop complex structures
– You have a completed university degree and ideally score with an MBA or certificates in IT management
– You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience, and understandably – even when it gets technically complex
– As an experienced people lead, you create an environment that provides orientation, enables development, and is geared towards long-term collaboration
