We fulfill these according to the highest quality standards.​<br/><br/>In this responsible position, you are in charge of maintaining all building technology refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in the critical datacenter environment. You troubleshoot malfunctions, coordinate work with third-party suppliers, and actively support new construction and renovation projects. In this position, you combine technical know-how with a strong sense of customer orientation and independence – ideal for professionals who like to take responsibility and want to continuously develop themselves. <br/><br/>Your main tasks:<br/><br/>* You independently carry out maintenance, inspections, and repairs on datacenter-specific refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary systems <br/>* You monitor system operations and ensure uninterrupted functionality <br/>* You plan and coordinate necessary work in close coordination with internal departments and third-party suppliers <br/>* You actively support new construction and renovation projects by participating in commissioning, integral tests, and data point checks <br/>* You create and maintain checklists, reports, and other administrative documents <br/>* You proactively identify optimization potentials and implement them <br/>* You consistently apply the applicable work, safety, and environmental regulations <br/>* You actively maintain customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction through open communication <br/><br/><br/>Your profile:<br/><br/>* You have a federally recognized professional qualification in the HVACS system and ideally expand your expertise in control technology or building management systems <br/>* You have several years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and installation of building technology systems, ideally in the datacenter environment <br/>* You show willingness for further training, especially to obtain NIV 15 and switching authorization <br/>* You work independently, take responsibility, and bring innovative solution approaches <br/>* You communicate openly, maintain customer relationships, and actively promote team spirit <br/>* You are proficient in MS Office applications and master German spoken and written <br/>* You ideally complement your profile with experience in automation and solid English skills <br/><br/><br/>Ready for us?
