For the Controlling & Finance department, we are looking for an experienced personality as
Head of Controlling & Finance Department, Member of the Executive Board 80 - 100%
In this central leadership role, you will take on operational and strategic responsibility for finance and controlling.
As a member of the executive board, you actively shape the financial management of the organization, participate in the development of the iwaz social enterprise, and work in a collegial executive team that supports each other.
Your Tasks
- Lead and further develop the Controlling & Finance department
- Ensure a professional and effective structure and backup of key functions and their tasks
- Prepare budgets and support budget managers in the budgeting process
- Prepare and settle VAT and social insurance data (maintenance of ASBB)
- Prepare interim financial statements and an audit-ready annual financial statement
- Prepare reports and accountability reports for internal and external reporting
- Lead and promote the CF team
- Administrative organization of securities according to committee guidelines and regulations
- Contact person for authorities, insurance companies, and the audit firm
- First level support in Abacus and Excel
- Collaboration with supporting IT companies
You Bring
- Degree at HF/FH level with a focus on controlling, finance, or business administration
- Experience in controlling and project management
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position, ideally in a foundation in the social and healthcare sector
- Solid knowledge in budgeting, financial statements, controlling, and reporting
- Very good IT skills and IT affinity
- Very good Abacus and Excel skills
- Knowledge of the social and healthcare sector (billing with ASBB, HILO, BESA)
- Innovative, high self-, organizational and communication skills, hands-on in everyday life and entrepreneurial thinking
