Your tasks

As a Manager in the Tax and Legal Services area, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will manage a diverse client portfolio of market-leading companies from various industries as well as wealthy private clients
• You will work on diverse tax mandates for our national and international clients in areas such as intra-group restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, transfer pricing, global mobility (expats), and solve complex tax issues
• You will proactively analyze the impact of new laws and regulations concerning our clients' situations

• You will work closely in a team-oriented environment on multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects with our colleagues from auditing, transaction services, and accounting and outsourcing

• You will contribute to internal and external publications and training and support technical external and internal events
• You will be responsible for mandate development and the acquisition of new projects
• You will develop your leadership skills and technical know-how in a dynamic and supportive environment
• You enjoy actively developing Forvis Mazars and promoting and supporting the team

Your profile

• We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to invest and advance. To fulfill these tasks with joy and success, you have:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the tax field, with a focus on corporate tax; additional experience in individual tax is an advantage
  • Successfully completed further training as a certified tax expert (or comparable qualification) or ongoing training in this area
  • Experience in consulting tasks, teamwork, and client contact
  • Interest in challenging projects at Forvis Mazars as well as project-related activities on-site with clients
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good German and English skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
