You will connect an LLM to answer the most common support requests of an industrial company – so its employees can focus on more meaningful tasks.

And you will make forms leaner and easier to find for a new client, so users no longer have to pick up the phone to change an address. This simplifies life for everyone involved.

Who the Hell is Helga?
We get up in the morning to make the world a tiny bit more efficient, user-friendly, and thus better that day. To have learned something in the evening and spent a good time together.

We do this as a 9-person Bern digital agency by developing Drupal-based solutions. With the highest standards for technology, clean code, and sustainable architecture.

What do you expect from me?
In short: Experience with PHP and its frameworks, clear thinking, structured working methods. And enthusiasm for a friendly team

Technology and Experience

• You love writing code – in PHP and with several years of experience with Symfony, Laravel, or Drupal.
• You are familiar with overarching technological topics: caching, performance optimization, software architecture and design, sustainable data management, interfaces, testability, security.
• AI does not replace you; it supports you. Ideally, you know how and where. If not, we will find out together.
• If you have experience with DevOps, GitHub Actions, and deployment scripts, we gladly accept it.

Working Method

• Your strength: clarity in code, quality in results.
• You work structured: understand requirements and context. Plan and document architecture. Implement roughly. Write test cases. Implement cleanly. Document continuously. Critically review until you nod in satisfaction.
