Commercial Clerk 50%The Statthalteramt District Horgen is a decentralized cantonal administrative unit responsible for numerous tasks in the Horgen district.
As of April 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a commercial clerk to complement our team at the Statthalteramt Horgen for a 50% position.
Your tasks
- Support in managing the office accounting (posting creditors, creating and sending reminders, carrying out collection measures, managing payment orders and loss certificates, processing SHAB bankruptcy notifications, handling installment payment requests, etc.)
- Support with the annual financial statement
- Administrative secretarial tasks (answering phone calls, providing information, etc.)
- Archiving tasks
Your profile
- You must have completed commercial training and/or have many years of commercial professional experience as well as solid accounting knowledge and experience, preferably acquired in a comparable environment.
- In addition, you are characterized by flawless and confident German, have an interest in numbers, and possess organizational skills.
- You have good PC user skills (MS Office) and are willing to learn administration-specific computer programs.
- You work precisely, are communicative and helpful, and feel comfortable in a small team.
