Your future tasks
- Scheduling of assemblers, mainly for German-speaking Switzerland
- Checking and processing daily assembly reports
- Allocation and deployment planning of assembly teams to various construction sites
- Recognizing logical sequences of construction steps & being able to estimate their time requirements
- Deployment planning of special tools (cable winches, tractors, rolling tools)
- Independent and conscientious completion of general administrative tasks
- Ordering of consumables
Your profile
- Completed training in at least one of the following professions as a commercial clerk EFZ, technical basic education EFZ, or dispatcher
- Industry or construction sector knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is mandatory
- Oral and written communication in French is an advantage
- Proficient user knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Personality with strong assertiveness and decision-making will
- High flexibility, independence, and organizational skills
- Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
