Main tasks
- Assessing and coordinating the stabilization and emergency planning of UBS (G-SIB)
- Responsibility for the RRP dialogue with the bank: preparation and follow-up of meetings at the management level
- Contact person for stabilization and resolution planning vis-à-vis the bank, internal cross-functional units, and supervision
- Developing decision-making bases and representing proposals in internal committees and the permanent committee of the management for Recovery and Resolution (RRPC, cf. FINMA rules of procedure Art. 17 ff.)
- Participating in on-site inspections as well as the further development of the resolution plan
- Analyzing the global resolvability and liquidation capability of the bank
- Planning and coordinating the processing of recurring and ad-hoc submissions from the bank
Profile
- University degree in business administration, law, or an equivalent higher education in banking
- Further training as a certified public accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the banking sector, e.g., in risk management, liquidity or capital management, auditing or examination
- Strong analytical skills as well as experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills, confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
- Very good German (C1) and English skills (C2); other official languages are an advantage
